Azat Akhmetov, PhD

Azat has a lifelong obsession with solving real world problems with computing and data. His experience spans the big data industry and academic research. He tackled diverse projects - from data warehouses, to predictive models, recommendation systems, ML platforms, automated stock traders, real-time portfolio optimization, AI agent assistants, genomics analysis, genetic engineering, games, command line utilities and many others in between. It is no secret that Azat loves computers - but his real passion is using technology to help bring people together. Computers should serve the human, not the other way around! Azat enjoys cycling, skiing, reading esoterica and medieval sword fighting.

Larissa Stephens

Larissa is a visionary UX designer and talented artist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. She has worked on a wide range of projects, from mobile apps to large-scale web platforms, consistently delivering designs that are both beautiful and functional. Larissa believes that great design is all about understanding the user and designing with empathy. Her expertise includes user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Beyond technology, Larissa is passionate about painting, traveling, and exploring new cultures. She provides empathy and emotional intelligence which is so often missing from technical projects.
